FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How does LogReserve access my audit logs?
LogReserve uses OAuth 2.0 to establish read-only connections to your SaaS platforms. We never store your credentials—authentication tokens are encrypted at rest and in transit.
How long are logs retained?
LogReserve retains audit logs for 7+ years by default, meeting the strictest compliance requirements. Custom retention policies are available on Enterprise plans.
Is the data encrypted?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Each log entry includes a SHA-256 cryptographic hash for tamper-evident integrity verification.
How often are logs synced?
Logs are ingested every 5 minutes by default. Enterprise plans offer near real-time ingestion with 1-minute intervals.
